Stayed for one night in the Executive Delight room. Loved the bed, the pillows (so comfy I wanted to bring them home!!!), and amenities. They even provided an ironing board, iron, and an umbrella! The food was excellent, staff very friendly but not imposing. Despite the richness of the room, I felt cozy and totally comfortable. Would highly recommend!

My stay started out horribly because my staff and hotel event sales had some serious mix-ups (equally our fault) where we had almost 100 people and fell 12 rooms short – and the hotel was full. Then the meeting room booked was far too small for the size of our group plus the expected 20 VIPs on opening day. It was disaster! The GM rallied his staff and worked hours on solving this problem. I was suprised to see their whole core sales team still with my event team at almost 10pm re-designing the meeting room and how the event would be managed. They were going well beyond the call of duty! They were very creative solving room problems. In the end the event went well and everybody had a place to sleep. For those booking events this hotel is one that really understands the need to assist!

This is not a new hotel, but lobby is nice and rooms are also in acceptable condition. Bed was very comfortable. Staff are attentive. Stayed here to attend a conference. Breakfast was quite good as well. If you have some time you can go to the massive Tunjungan Plaza which has eateries and multiple levels of local as well as international brand name shopping.
