Over all … it was nice stay in this hotel. the staff were friendly from security – reception – housekeeping – engineering – fb staff .. all were great, the service was beyond expectations, the room was clean, the food was colourfull. i have no doubt to coming back again and reccommend this place to friends.
Overall stay was pleasant. good room product, free minibar which is a plus service, clean & modern room using recycle paper amenities concept in the bath. I had a room overlooking the small pool but the hotel is not for a smoker in the room cause you have to sign for a statement of smoking regulations in hotel. Free Wifi using passcode is available on request but reception could have explained all guest on arrival for the password instead. Breakfast was fairly tasted cause I had a late breakfast which almost at 10am and not all menu available anymore but variety reflects good inter-continental food for the hotel class. Taxi always available during my overnight stay and had a quick check in and check out experience. Would recommend this hotel if the location for east Surabaya is the concern. Forget to tell hotel that the standing lamp is not functioning since I arrived but i did not make use of it so it did not really matter cause room illumination overall was very good
